Dali JPA 3.2.3
This bug is fixed in all Kepler releases and beyond. There was never a
release vehicle to fix this bug in Juno so it is still open against
3.2.3 if it ever happens. At this point it could probably be closed
since I don't think there will be a WTP 3.4.3.
