is there any reason why the schemas from org.eclipse.wst.jsdt.ui aren't
included into the build?
There is a Patch Set pushed to Gerrit that adds schema folder of JSDT UI
plug-in into its build.properties file (no BugZilla is created yet for
such an issue) in order to make those schemas available:
