Gerard,
I tagged the repository with R3_6_3 recently- I even sent a note
about it. Do you not see that tag? (I was able to confirm with another
user that they were able to see it.)

There's also no 3.6.3 tag in webtools.releng.aggregator. I maintain the
bits of WTP that are packaged for Fedora, so having an SCM tag is really
useful. Can one be added? Or even just confirm the commit that the
release was done on.
