Thanks for logging the bugzilla.

No there's no option to disable a specific processor contribution. All 
contributed annotation processor factories are checked by default when enabling 
annotation processing on a project.

This mailing list isn't the place for this discussion. We should move it to the 
bugzilla.

Is there an option to globally remove the Annotation processor?

maybe through the activity exension point?

we use m2e to configure the apt and thus do not want to touch the prefs 
manually.
