Hi,

If you use the Eclipse IDE for Java EE Developer as target platform then
you would have all required dependencies available (except for test
plugins).
So, just import the plugins you want to modify: xml.core and xml.ui are a
good start.
Then launching an Eclipse Application run configuration should not be an
issue.
