Folks,
As a reminder, before any change is delivered for Neon to one of the
WTP Git repositories, there should be a PMC approved bug associated with
it. For the next while, only one PMC vote is required. (Even Releng needs
to do this- I opened https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=493955
to cover the updates of our prereqs.) This is in accordance with the WTP
Neon shutdown plan:
