Folks,
Due to https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=511129 and
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=511130 , I have just
branched webtools.common and webtools.javaee, such that Neon will now be
built out of the R3_8_maintenance branch. Furthermore, I updated the
plugin version of org.eclipse.wst.common.modulecore to 1.3.0 (a second
digit change), and org.eclipse.jst.j2ee to 1.2.0 (a second digit change),
due to the change in the BREE. This may have downstream impact for anyone
that depends on these plugins.
