The call-in info was the same yesterday as it's been in the past. Not sure
why you're having issues connecting.

But...

Once you swear me in as benevolent releng dictator*, we can use BlueJeans
for meetings (voice, video, screensharing, optional recording, and even
chat), and take live minutes in Google Drive to be posted to the Eclipse
Wiki after the call.

That way you don't need a phone (but can use one if you prefer) to access
the call / website, and we can be more agile in these meetings.
