I am currently working with the web master to try to combine the server tools repos as part of https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=519780 . We been making process and tried a couple of rounds on turning off some of the checks but on the last try it ended up creating a vast amount of Gerrit reviews. You can safely ignore those notifications. I am working with the web master to try to resolve it. Sorry for flooding your mail box in case you receive a number of those notices!
