Nick,
Our build promotion scripts actually clean up old builds.
Unfortunately, we failed to declare an M4 build and have not had a
successful declare since then. (I was sick the week before Christmas and
was unable to issue a smoke test then, and two weeks ago the build was
broken on our smoke test day. I sent a note to wtp-releng that was not
answered.)
Our "retention policy" is usually until the next build declare...
which has been absurdly long this time. I'll go ahead and clean up a lot
of the older builds now.
FWIW,

Subject: [wtp-dev] Clean up of old WTP 3.10 I-builds?
Sent by: [email protected]
Wondering what the process and policy is re: cleaning up this folder:
http://build.eclipse.org/webtools/committers/wtp-R3.10.0-I/
Specifically:
a) How do I purge old builds?
b) What's the retention policy for old builds? How long do we have to keep
them?
Thanks,
Nick
