Nick, Providing that we still have the "release" zips available from archive.eclipse.org, including for the patch versions, those interim builds should be safe to delete.
On another topic, while I doubt this is a new problem, if I follow the "Archived Builds" link from http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/downloads and seek out the R3.2.5 build, the individual download links on its build page fail because they still go through the mirroring download.php.
