Hi Danny, Thank you for preparing this. Typically the process is that the PMC votes to approve a release (when a review is scheduled), so while I'm CCing the PMC mailing list to ease them into this, votes are actually recorded using the PMC approval flag built into our Bugzilla. I've set the flags on https://bugs.eclipse.org/549822 (it's part of the documented process in https://wiki.eclipse.org/WTP_PMC_Defect_Review) , but if you could make sure the project metadata on projects.eclipse.org and in the review doc is up to date and correct, that'd be great.
