You can clone the repository for the current Eclipse JSF tooling from https://git.eclipse.org/r/jsf/webtools.jsf.git . WTP currently uses Gerrit. There are some geenral hints at https://wiki.eclipse.org/Gerrit#Enabling_Gerrit_for_your_Eclipse.org_Project . You can find a web view for the rest of the WTP repositories via https://git.eclipse.org/c/?q=webtools .
