Hello, FWIW, the absence of answer is most likely an answer: the WTP project is currently receiving very low maintenance and there is nothing that hints support for newer Jakarta versions is likely to be implemented. However, just like any Eclipse project, it most likely welcomes new contributors to provide further maintenance. If you're willing to contribute directly support for newer Jakarta, please do so; if you prefer trying to "buy" support (ie send cash to get it done), then please get in touch with the Eclipse IDE Working Group which might be able to help with building an offer.
