I have deprecated all the downloads from the google code project. Also
people will not see the issue tracker on google code. Instead I have update
the home page to let the users know which site to used for issue tracking.
Also updated the mailing list to point to watir-general.
Things to do:
1. Move all un-resolved issues to JIRA
2. Make firewatir list read-only and let everybody use watir-general mailing
list.
3. Move list of contributors to openqa

Let me know if there is anything else that is left or I missed.
