I dunno. Go ahead and close them if you want. In theory the person who
opened the ticket should close it, but I really get the sense that people
don't want to use Jira.

Right now I'm wondering about all the new tickets that were recently moved
in. Is any one looking at them? Any one want to give them a pass and close
tickets that are duplications or not-reproducible?
