I'm becoming less and less fond of Jira. Just seems somewhat heavyweight. The biggest problem I have with it actually is that it is not designed to have conversations take place within it. I recently used Lighthouse for another project, and the nice thing about it was that any one interested in the issue would get emailed whenever someone made a comment on the issue. This encouraged a conversation between all the people who cared.
