I moved them in while trying to merge Watir sites into one. I saw we had FireWatir there so I thought I would just add ChromeWatir and SafariWatir too. The more I think about it, the more I see Watir is not a typical Openqa project. For example, Jira admins are the people for commit access to svn repository.
