Proposal on New direction after speaking with Bret.
I think that the rdoc for the watir project should include all 3 gems,
watir, firewatir and commonwatir
This is the rdoc we should display at wtr.rubyforge.org/rdoc

Then for each individual gem the rdoc created locally by each user
will reflect only that particular gem library.
