[Wtr-development] NoStatusBarException

In unittests/other/js_events_test.rb, NoStatusBarException is expected
to be raised when calling #status on a browser window with no visible
status bar. Is this currently correct? I do not see
NoStatusBarException being raised anywhere; IE#status simply returns
@ie.statusText.
Should the test be updated?
