I'm closing this issue once again. This is not an issue, just standard Ruby
question. I'd suggest moving this conversation to the email list and refer to
this jira ticket. My guess is you're behind a firewall or proxy and downloading
the gems one by one, I can't imagine another scenario where this would happen,
but once again, please move this to the mailing list.
