I have noticed that people are asking for support there (3 comments are pending moderation at the moment, all 3 asking for support). Since comments are moderated, I do not approve such comments. I send e-mail to the author pointing them to watir.com/support page. Today I have took a look at existing comments and found one that is support question. I have deleted it, just to make it clear that we do not provide support via comments. Please let me know if you disagree.
