The Selenium meeting is April 1-3 in San Francisco. I would like to see if
we can do a Watir meetup there too. It sounds like a big announcement will
be made about this conference this week.

I think we are 90% on for some kind of Watir meeting in Zagreb this summer.
We have not yet decided a date and need to work on this. I just spoke with
Marek J about this. He will be in Bremen this summer and likes the idea of
taking the train to Zagreb. My sense is that it will be 10 - 25 people.

I'm not used to planning this kind of thing this far out ahead, but I have
heard that the planning horizon is someone longer in Europe than it
typically is in North America.

The next step would be put together a planning committee to decide on final
details and then make an announcement. I usually like to have three or four
people, with a preference for people who have attended similar workshops
(AWTA or otherwise) in the past.
