Hello Watirizers!

Today we announced our pre-release of OperaWatir. I just put up the
announcement on our blog:

  <http://my.opera.com/core/blog/2010/12/20/operawatir-pre-release>

I highly recommend taking a look at our website:

  <http://operawatir.org/>

And for the more technically inclined, the README:

  <http://operawatir.org/readme.html>

It's taken its time, but it's finally here!

OperaWatir is by no means perfect, and you will find bugs. It does
however offer an interesting proposal for a new selector engine based on
Jari Bakken's ideas for a new Watir 2 API. This API isn't enabled by
default, but I hope that this is something we can talk more about in the
future.

If you want to talk to me, I'm known as ato in #watir on FreeNode or
andreastt on irc.opera.com.

Best regards,
