Jarmo Pertman closed WTR-471.
-----------------------------

    Resolution: Not a problem

win32-api and win32-process are just external libraries which are set as
dependencies for watir. If installation of these libraries fail then i
recommend you to contact the author of these libraries (
http://rubyforge.org/forum/forum.php?forum_id=320) directly or write to
ruby-talk mailing list (http://www.ruby-lang.org/en/community/mailing-lists/).

That means that these problems are not problems with watir, but problems with
the win32-gems. In that light closing this issue.

One thing you could try would be to uninstall Ruby and install version 1.8.7
for example again from http://rubyinstaller.org/downloads/ and see if that
makes any difference. If it doesn't then please contact the author of win32-*
gems directly.
