Ok, apologies for being surprised about this. We've already talked
about some of this in a recent thread ("Ruby Versions Supported") so I
won't pile on. I am really surprised to learn that the death of 1.8.6
has been a subject (and a reality) since early last year - shows you
how much I know. However, I think this should demonstrate that we
really can't stay on 1.8.6.
