I'm not sure that this is a problem with Watir. I guess you should contact the 
maintainer of rdoc.info instead somehow.

You can see the documentation for Watir gems though. Here is the doc for 1.8.0 
(latest one) for example http://rdoc.info/gems/watir/1.8.0/frames
