I didn't send the old invoiced to Bret as I don't wish reimbursement, I just don't want to worry about them going forward.
Once both sites are transferred to someone else (they must be an admin and wordpress support do the transfer) then that person has access to pay via credit card or paypal (you can even set up recurrring payment).
