Specs are not run against Ruby 1.8 for a quite some time now on Travis. I have same suggestion when it comes to Ruby 1.9.2 since i do not see much of a point running against it when we already are running against 1.9.3 and 2.0.0.
This does not mean of course that Watir will stop working with Ruby 1.8.6/7 or 1.9.2. I'm just trying to get specs run time to be less because it already takes quite amount of time.
