The idea of ````#try```` is convenient, but bad when it comes to the good practices in programming. I would not advocate using that. That means i would not add it as part of official Watir API. I think that everyone who likes or wants to use it should/may add their own implementation. Or maybe some external gem could be used for this kind of things.
