Wouldn't it be cool if when you send an email to Watir Support you get an immediate response from "watir_bot" that "often" gives you the correct answer something like:

New users would be encouraged to use this first, before sending to wtr-general. Even if you were an experienced user, you might use it too. You'd never have to search before sending the question. Just email away. You'd get the right answer so often it would be well worth the slight delay and extra effort of "two clicks -- Reply and then Send" when it doesn't help. Or, you could just send directly to wtr-general. Sending a crude response to all question would be trivial. We could even just start with general links. How hard would it be to get the right answer "often?" ================================================ For version 2 we could build a "Bret Avatar" AIML tool that you could interactively query something like A.L.I.C.E --- google AIML for more info.
