Is there an "easy" way to simulate a user right clicking a link and then
choosing "Open in New Window?" Grabbing the url of a link and opening a new
window with it looks slightly different to the server -- I think that at least
the referrer in the header is blank in this case. I'm not sure what else might
be different.
