With Watir - if I go to:
http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http://my.invalid.page.com

I am looking for:

This page is not Valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional!

Using $browser.text, I get the correct value of:

Root Namespace:http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml
Revalidate With Options: Show SourceShow Outline
Validate error pagesVerbose Output
Help on the options is available.
Note: The Validator XML support has some limitations.
This page is not Valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional!
Below are the results of checking this document for X

Now, if I use FireWatir, and use $browser.text, I get the following:

      <a id="skip" name="skip"></a>

          <div id="result">
    <h2 id="results" class="invalid">This page is <strong>not</strong> Valid
XHTML 1.0 Transitional!</h2>

    <p>
      Below are the results of checking this document for <a
href="http://www.w3org/TR/REC-xml#sec-conformance";>X

Since these are inconsistent, I am wondering if they are supposed to be that
way and I have to code around them, or if one of them is either getting to much
info, or not enough info.

Any ideas?
Steven
