Hi Paul,

I really appreciate your help here. I hope you have a moment for 1 more
question.

I've tried these steps, and I got this error when responding to the
question:

  How should SQL server verify the authenticity of the login ID.

Connection failed:
SQLState: '01000'
sql Server Error: 14
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]ConnectionOpen
(ParseConnectParams()).
Connection failed:
SQLState: '08001'
sql Server Error: 14
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]Invalid connection.

Any suggestions?

Paul
