I've tried these steps, and I got this error when responding to the question: How should SQL server verify the authenticity of the login ID. Connection failed: SQLState: '01000' sql Server Error: 14 [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]ConnectionOpen (ParseConnectParams()).
