I have been trying unsuccessfully to access the username field on:
http://sandbox.freebase.com/signin/signin
In the HTML source, all I see is:
<div component="SignInComponent"></
div>
which is included above:
include("metaweb/account/SignInComponent.js");
Using Firebug & IE Dom Explorer, I see the following snippet:
<div class="SignInComponent" component="SignInComponent">
<div class="TextInput username" >
<div class="Label">Username or Email </div>
<input class="TextInput-input" type=" text" autocomplete="off"/>
</div>
I am running watir-1.5.1.1145
I've (unsuccessfully) tried:
@ie.text_field(:afterText, "Username or Email").set(@user)
@ie.text_field(:beforeText, "Username or Email").set(@user)
@ie.text_field(:name, "Username or Email").set(@user)
...but I'm uncertain if .text_field is the right method to use here. I
checked out the .div method as well, but can't see how to map it to the
field I'm trying to add data to.
Any suggestions?
