The rest are sensitive to various things, some are unreliable because of the way the tests are written. Others are unreliable because of the unreliability of the targeted code. My general plan is to either get this working right, or take it out of Watir. This will probably happen in 1.6, and i have to say that most will simply be taken out -- probably migrated to a new watir-contrib gem that users can use at their own risk.
