that's part of the URL and i want to strip the id number out of it (7e958187-982a-4e01) then use it so i can input it into another URL
So what i need is to know how to pull that url, using regex or whatever and then construct another url and redirt to that one afterwards using ie.goto("").

ie.url returns url. What do want to do with it?
