Unless someone performs some serious voodoo to make a bridge between the two systems, people would themselves need to make usernames that are the same as they exist with rubyforge, on an honour-system (and post a note in their rubyforge profile). I haven't looked into the possibility of having email validation.. I don't know how that would work.
