Ok, here's my submission for a patch to HEAD for the Frame#locate function.
It solves the bug with not being able to find iframes by anything other than :index
With this patch both frames and iframes are all now findable based on
:index, :src, :name, or :id
Let me know what you think.
I haven't updated the testcases yet, but I did test it out manually ( good 'ol irb ).
