The image bugs are common. That code is buggy and needs rewriting.
The frame index bugs (expected 0, actual 1) are test-bugs. The code is correct and the tests were fixed in 1.4.1 . (Michael is running 1.4.0, but Paul is running 1.4.1).
A couple of these bugs are new to me, but seem to stem from the fact that Michael has watir installed in a directory with blanks in its path.
I don't know why the table count problem is happening. That is a new one for me too.
