Thanks.  That is a good article.

I've just created an account for the FAQ.   Lots of the entries have
{anchor:...} markup (in the edit view).  How does one reference
these?  I think the FAQ would be easier to use if we had a table of
contents.  This would also make it clearer where a "Submitting Bug
Reports" section might go.

Also, does Watir have a Bugzilla or equivalent?  I don't recall
seeing refs to it, and google doesn't have anything obvious in the
first 10 results.  Something like it might help to control the flow
of bad bug reports.
