could anyone tell how long does it take for running the mozilla_all_tests.rb on firefox?

1)I have download "watir-1[1].5.0.980.gem" from 'http://wiki.openqa.org/display/WTR/Development+Builds'

I have search the Wtr-general, but until now I could not figure out what's wrong. Please help.
