I though test rigs that drove IE had the extra burden of building and
breaking down the entire iexplore.exe object stack once per test case.
So I thought that some Watirists would make their IE object global,
and reuse it between test cases. This mild efficiency doesn't violate
the Test Isolation guideline when you put $wie.goto("about:blank")
between each test case.
