Thanks for the feedback. I've also had trouble personally reproducing the errors reported using Watir 1.5 and Ruby 1.8.4/5. I was able to see problems only intermittently.
However, i also know what the coding error is and am somewhat surprised that the problem is so difficult to reproduce. I have received several different variations on the reported problem (an incompatability between our modified win32ole and the one included with Ruby). Perhaps the problem shows up less frequently than i had expected.
