I have found the reason why autoit is not installed. I am usually logged on as limited user, I only switch to administrator when needed (I have listened too much of Security Now! podcast, http://www.grc.com/securitynow.htm). So, I installed watir as limited user. It seems that autoit can not be installed (or used) unless you are administrator. send_keys_test.rb fails even if administrator installs watir and then limited user executes test.
