My opinion is that "out of sight, out of mind"!  Once they have received the funds to 
move, they quickly forget about the re-payment part.

I am Carolyn from Danbury, Ct. We have held off from the security deposit loans until 
April of this year. The need is so great in this area and one of our grant funders was 
highly in favor of our helping in this area of need within the community. It took a 
while for the word to get out but now I am getting numerous calls. 

I have closed 4 in the last two months and I have two pending funding and several more 
in the works. We did put a cap on money to lend for this at $10,000 per year. Since we 
are just starting I do not have payment results to report as of yet. 

I would be interested in knowing the common reasons the borrowers have for not 
repaying the loans as promised.
