Dave,
I have had a couple problems with teenagers driving the parents' car that was purchased with the program. Of course, the ones that I know about is because the teenager wrecked the car and now the client is without the car and I am pursuing the monies anyway. Only 1 vehicle is allowed per working parent although the client can always say they do not already have a car. And, if you insure a teenager to drive the car then the client probably cannot afford it in their budget.
