Although we make every effort to get the most out of defaulted loans, we found that some cars were not running and clients had no intentions of repairing them. With these clients we turned them over to the collection agency. If the cars are running, we definitely repossess (which is sometimes the only language they understand) and, in turn, gives the client motive to pay the repossession fee ($200) and their overdue amount.
Your background statements were true, although time this costs us time. After we collect monies from the sale of the vehicles, the balance is then turned over to the collection agency.
