Green I am the Program Assistant for the Ways to Work in Canton, Ohio. Our
agency is in the process of doing a strategic plan for future goals. I am
requesting any information that you may have regarding a client centered
program.
I believe that the
Ways to Work program is already client centered but there is always room for
growth.
Does anyone have a
client centered vision statement? Do you do client action plans? Do you have any
ongoing requirements / obligations once the loan is funded? If so how do you
enforce them?
