Good morning to all.

In Montgomery and Dothan, Alabama, we have bought back defaulted loans and repossessed autos on delinquent accounts.  The buybacks were a result of the repossession company not being able to locate the autos.  In some cases, the repossessions resulted in decent sales prices at auction, which helped reduce the loss.

In either case, there is usually a balance that is still owed to Ways to Work/Family Guidance Center.  I would like to send a letter to the consumers who actually still owe WtW/FGC a balance.  Before I create the letter, I want to find out if any of you have a form letter that you send to consumers who still owe your agency a balance after you have bought the loan back from the bank.  If you do, I would greatly appreciate you sharing it with me.  Also, suggestions on collecting on such loans are welcome.

Thanks much.
